Overview

A boutique real estate developer in Dubai Marina was relying entirely on broker referrals and needed a direct-to-buyer digital presence. We built a full-funnel paid media strategy across Google and Meta, targeting overseas investors in the UK, India, and mainland Europe, paired with a lead-nurture email sequence.

Results

Generated 412 qualified investor leads in the first quarter, with a cost-per-qualified-lead 38% below the developer's previous broker-driven acquisition cost. Three units were reserved directly through the campaign landing page.
